This is my go to Starbucks in the Downtown Des Moines area. Here at least 3 times per week! Always quick, and the staff is always super nice! Gets a little crazy during Saturday farmers market but that's to be expected.
It's a good franchise store. They played along when I said my name was Dwayn "The Rock" Johnson and wrote it on my cup. Like any franchise, it's the people who make it work.

I really like this location. It's super clean. I go there often after working out for a non dairy chai. I prefer this store over the corporate stores. The environment is nice and well decorated. Everyone is friendly and my drinks and food are always good.
