Go anywhere but this subway. As I was ordering the person taking my order could not understand a single thing that I was saying so when I slowed my voice and raised it to make it audible, he started yelling at the top of his lungs the same thing that I just said to him. When I got to the window I handed him a get a FREE foot-long when you buy a foot-long and a drink coupon. The man told that it was a get a free drink when you buy a foot-long coupon. As you can clearly see from my photo it is a get a free foot-long when you buy a foot-long with a fountain drink I tried to explain it to him several times, and he continue to argue with me. In the end I handed him my card and said just run the thing. The whole time there was a short, dark-haired, Indian man in the background peeking his head through the window, staring at me like he was going to throw something at me. I had to tell him to please get away from me 3 times. I have never had an experience this bad at any establishment in my entire life. Please never eat at this subway.

Took my money from my bank, and said they didn't have any orders for our food. I showed them everything even it being taken from bank. They didn't care. I left with no food because they wanted me to pay again!

Go ANYWHERE else. This is the third bogus experience I've had in less than 3 months. The night manager, a shorter, dark haired man shows zero interest in resolving any issues any time there is a problem. This time, he claimed he never recieved my online order even after asking to see my receipt, I show him, he still refuses to even make me my sandwich and offers up no option to make it right. Run.

Who Else Wants Beef

All can say is I HAVE BIG, BIG TIME RESPECT FOR ANY RESTAURANT THAT STAYS OPEN 24HRS, THIS IS THE 1ST SUBWAY I'VE EVER SEEN TO BE OPEN LIKE THIS AND I LOVE IT. LIKE IT FEEL SOO GOOD TO HAVE MORE OPTIONS LIKE THIS THAN MCDONALD'S IT JUST FEELS GOOD TO HAVE SUBWAY AS AN OPTION. THANK YOU GUYS SOO MUCH. ? I placed an order online at 5 in the AM and food got to me relatively quick. I have no complaints what so ever. As not funny as it may be to some people but my order could have been wrong and I still would be grateful just because subway is open at this time ? just GRATEFUL !!!!!!!!!
