Had an amazing experience in the Des Moines location today. Every employee was kind and had a smile, those I spoke with were engaging in the conversation and truly had warm energy which spoke volumes of the culture in the location. I was very impressed by the manager Zach. It is clear that things are run well in the restaurant and it's refreshing to see.
It’s not every day that you get a waitress who goes above and beyond to make your dinning experience amazing. My husband and I have been here to eat several times (only on special occasions as it is a little expensive) but we have never had an experience like the one last night. Our waitress Skyler not only provided excellent service with a kind and cheerful demeanor she also offered to take our pictures, made us a special congratulations dessert, and more.
