Heard from the news their liquor license is being pulled for the next year. Great atmosphere but long drinks lines and cash only.

If you are in college or under 25, you might love this place. I felt very nostalgic about my college days while here, for one drink. Then I left to find people older than 21 to hang with.

I live nearby and this place isn’t nearly as busy as it used to be. Good.

The owner reportedly doesn't support #BlackLivesMatter and condones violence against protesters. Edit: And he's apparently a stalker to. Wow... Just wow. It's funny really but not funny haha but funny sad.

The owner beats and stalks women. Check out the Des Moines Register 1-4-23 article on Steve McFadden. Don't eat at his establishments.

I encourage everyone to stay away from this establishment. The ownership is incredibly problematic and dangerous. Google search “Steve McFadden arrest(s)” and that should be enough to convince you.

Food was bland. Service was slow. Server was busy in her phone. Won't be back. Ownership is probably a mess.

Poor ownership, long waits. Look up the news about the owner. Local papers have reported on a variety of BS that should be enough to think twice...

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Inside seating just didn't look approachable. Just wasn't comfortable. Maybe if I was drunk already and didn't know better then ya it might have been ok. However the outside has potential. They offered Cornhole, Connect Four, and idk what else. There was also an outside bar and an area with a gas fire pit if that made sense. Smelled of lots of kerosene though. Outdoor Couches/Lounge area. Definitely more a young college kid scene. Drinks are way over priced. No real desire to go back really unless it's a last stop on my way home.

When they opened that had food- but now only pizza. We went to watch college football and the atmosphere felt almost like a college town.
