Great selection of Beers and liquor. The owner, Dave, is the best chef in town. His menu varies, but when I stop in, I usually take his recommendation for the day. Great view from the patio looking towards downtown.
Waverly! Locally owned neighborhood pub. Great brews and top shelf spirits! Tasty grub and friendly staff. Non-pretentious but classy. Definitely one of my favorites in the Des Moines scene.

I observed long waits for service but it was a full house and so you must take that in account. 2 staff did a pretty good job keeping up. Great crowd and good music. Pretty chill place during slow times. Great location. So if you want to have fun this can be done just be patient and kind. If you see someone who needs help, help them....
