“Ordered a garbage basket, 1/2 pound hamburger and a Carmichael sandwich. Got the garbage basket and then we waited and waited for the sandwiches. We even had another waitress ask if we were waiting for our bill! Then another waitress dropped some ketchup next to me and it got all over me! When we finally got our sandwiches the 1/2 pound burger looked more like a 1/4 pound burger from McDonald's! Never took anything off for the ketchup mess or the extra 45 minute wait! Very disappointed!“
“They were very quick with getting the order prepared and ready, the staff was very friendly and helpful and directed me to where I needed to go to get my online order. “I usually pick up at this location because the atmosphere has a great vibe. All of the employees working have high energy and great attitudes. It's obvious they are working together and making the work fun. I always love going in and seeing the employees give off such great energy while they make tasty pizza!“
“You should go back to the original recipe for everything. Your food was better. It has been difficult for years. The colslow was creamier and tasted better, and the potatoes tasted and, looked looked too. The chicken is small these days, and the portions are half the size that used to be. then you pay more.“
“We always get delivery. Its my son's favorite pizza. Tonight for some reason the website changed to carryout. we always usually just log in and order no worries. I called about 10 mins after the time and found out it was for carryout. Great service from the employees. The delivery guys are always polite and on time. This will continue to always be our go to place. You guys Rock!“
“Ordered 2 pizzas from this store recently. First pizza was good but looks like the driver maybe drove a little fast with it in the box because it was messy when we got it. Pizza was still decent. Ordered a pan meatlovers tonight and it was outstanding. I’d say this place seems to have turned their store around from a year or 2 ago. Thank you!“
“We love KFC chicken. Expensive but that’s not why I’m writing. 6-25-18 I’m writing to thank the honest young lady Jana who found my credit card Chris left on the counter last night. She could have taken it. She could have used it. But thankfully the young lady who was very sweet when she took our order was also very honest. I called this morning 6-26 and Mark said my card was there. I’m thankful that Jana is a honest young lady. Thanks again!!!!“
“I've never tried the Popeyes chicken sandwich. So, I thought I would since I've heard 'it's the best'..better than Chick-fil-A. Food first...chicken sandwich was good, reminded me of Hardee's old chicken sandwich which were really good. This one was good, juicy, crunchy crust. Was good. Cajun fries were kind of cold and not very CAJUN. Biggest issue...staff. Holy Moly. Apparently guy running the drive through didn't have a key to the register to give change. A huge fight ensued between the staff. Lady ended up coming to the window & asked me what my problem was. I didn't have one. Just waiting for my food and I said I needed 10cents in change which I didn't need. There was a lot of cussingand yelling between staff. It was a little crazy.“
“Great food and service. But.. I had called ahead and was told that they were having the UFC PPV that night. Unfortunately, I found out after we got there that they were not having the fights and no longer do the UFC PPV's anymore..? The manager didn't think he could get the free 7PM prelims either, but someone did figure it out. We left after the prelims, and I caught the fights elsewhere.“
“A chef friend recommended Frannie's to us a few weeks ago, so the next time we were in Dubuque, we had to stop in. Some of the best BBQ brisket I've ever had. The baked beans had brisket and peaches in them...so dang good. I highly recommend Frannie's. We're definitely coming back next time we're in the area.“
