Hardees has great almost all the time when you go to the one on University Ave. I won't go to the other ones in town as I have had bad experiences more often than not. Then only downfall is that they have to close at 2 as they don't have enough man power to stay open later.. they have a super awesome work crew though and they are super friendly and work hard to keep that store running

Tried stopping here for lunch while visiting the Dubuque area. Friend and I wanted to be able to order food and sit down to eat, but location was still locked up and not accepting any dine-in customers at the time of our visit. So, instead, we ended up going through the drive-thru to get a couple burgers and some fries. Staff were both helpful and friendly with taking our orders. Place was clean. Food was good. Staff had difficulty handling a coupon. Staff were friendly with each other but were so loud it would stop conversation between customers. Restroom was nice.
