I normally wouldn't care to write a review of a fast food restaurant, but the staff at the Keywest location are incredibly kind and they deserve some recognition. The food is always fresh and made with care, and they always have a smile and something nice to say.
Everything was good. Food, service all of it. However, I was the last one in the restaurant. 8:15pm. They locked the doors while I was eating inside the restaurant. 3 cars pulled into the parking lot. Wanting to come inside but couldn't because they locked the doors. One vehicle was a van with at least 10 people. I think they did go through the drive thru. It just seems like restaurant's, McDonald's especially! I travel a lot and I’ve unfortunately eaten more than my fair share of McDonald’s over the years, and I can confirm this is one of the better ones I’ve been to. In fact when I’m passing through I make sure to stop at this one. The food is always fresh and delicious, I order through the app so they’ve always gotten my order correct. Absolutely no problems at all, I wish all McDonald’s were this good. Great job.
