This was a great experience. I was the last customer fully expecting poor service due to the time but they treated me with respect and gave me the extra chicken nuggets they had leftover and I really appreciate the gesture. Life long customer baby I love McDonald’s!!!!
I picked up an order around lunch time and all I did was say persons name for the Grubhub order instead of the order number and the islander lady laughed to her coworker like I was stupid. Omg. As if it's a big deal. Any other restaurant I ask by name. Rude.

I had gotten a caramel frappe with no caramel drizzle but I was handed a caramel frappe with no whipped cream. No big deal I turn around to ask them to fix it nicely and their response was "You're wrong it says no whipped cream." as I was holding the cup in my hand that specifically said no caramel drizzle.
