Did not like that I had to wait several minutes (at least 10) for a person to come to the counter to take my order. I had a small order & I wanted to pay cash. I believe that apps & electronic kiosks have ruined the concept of "customer service" in this day & age.
They're very quick with their drive thru, very polite, I have not had a single order messed up yet. I prefer this location out of all the locations in Dubuque. Definitely the best location here!
