They were on a good roll for a year or two but now they have long wait times and often don’t have their menu hours before close. The service should def be worked on but they make up for it with their amazing food. The chicken sandwich is to die for and I absolutely love their apple pies and biscuits. Better management would solve a lot of their issues
Great food as long as you get this chicken sandwich or the chicken combo.The tenders were stringy & overcooked .Also, There's just this one lady that rude & argumentative for no reason. We had waited over 13 minutes for food after placing our order & driving to the designated spot. After time passed, I tried entering the store to check on my food, but the doors were locked. Thanks to Popeye's, It has been 3 1/2 years since I've gone vegan! My last experience was horrible! I waited in the drive thru for the chicken sandwich that everyone was raving about. Needless to say, It was horrible! I went back and got a 3 piece meal instead, the meat wasn't done!
