Vinnys doesn't allow split checks. They also don't tell you on that sign that they automatically add gratuity to parties over 6. Our waiter received a cash tip that was larger than the added gratuity because we weren't told it was already on the check to begin with. I’ve been to Vinnie Venucci‘s three times having moved to Dubuque from Waterloo. The service is wonderful. I would have to make the two things I purchased the most recently and I’d have to say the food was fair. They’re just wasn’t a lot of flavor to either dish.
