My second time to this cute little restaurant when visiting my daughter at college. We needed a good, quick meal and wanted to avoid fast food and the typical bar menus. Dumpling Darling hit the spot and didn't disappoint us. I had the bibimbap with tofu. It was a decent size portion for the price. It had good flavor and was a good balance with the amount of rice in comparison to the other typical ingredients found in the dish. Literally heaven in every bite!! This experience was my first time really eating dumpling outside of the state fair; and this was flawless!! The costumer service/ guest interactions was top notch, very relaxing, patient and genuine to which my newly woken mouth pallet was rocketed into star-gasmic freedom!!! Beef bulgolgi lettuce wrap was ordered. Definately make sure to ask to have the lettuce put in a seperate container other wise we all know what hot food does to lettuce.. you'll thank me later if you dont. This is such a yummy place. I'm a wimp when it comes to spicy, to me it had a kick, to my fiance he said I was being a baby.. the kids tried it also, they loved it.
