“This was good food at a good price. There was one person working at the restaurant; so service can be slow. That is understandable. While the ambience was okay, I did not have an issue with it. It looked like the place just opened up. Helpings were plenty. Would recommend.“
“This restaurant has pretty basic decor but a few of the dishes are really good.I personally love the Coconut curry and the Garlic Naan bread. The coconut curry is more of a Punjabi style coconut curry.Considering how good the food is… I felt the pricing was quit reasonable:Vegetarian options: They offer several very good vegetarian dishes.“
“Always a favorite when in Iowa City. We had mild and spicy vegetable jalfrezi - both perfectly spiced and delicious. The mulligatawny soup was rich and thick with vegetables. We enjoyed both plain and garlic naan. The servers were pleasant and efficient.“
“Went here for the first time last night and it was delicious! Not only was it very good but the staff were amazing. I do not eat garlic for food sensitivities and they were very accommodating and gave me the menu items they could make without garlic, which they made a separate curry. I ended up with the tofu curry which was delicious and full of flavor. We also got butter naan samosas which were very good. The atmosphere was also nice for a date night. Will be going back!“
“Pretty good indian food, have tried take out a bunch of times and is never disappointed. Tried the lunch buffet and it was very good, lots of vegan and gluten-free options which are clearly labeled. Not much of a selection but it is normal for lunch buffets. Restaurant was very clean and quiet. The man working was very kind and attentive to our needs and brought out refills as they were getting low.“
