Eh if it’s not one thing it’s another. Ordered the exact same sandwich 3 times in the past week and each time was different. Sliced wheat bread was overbaked just shy of burnt. When I saw it, I was shocked they were actually slicing it up for me. Edible, but not ok. I was not feeling confrontational and I did not see another loaf in the bin so just ate it anyway.Ice was empty in soda machine. I came into this Jimmy Johns with my family a couple times last week. Each time I’m there there’s a heavier set male, brown hair and a beard. I’ve seen him vape inside and loudly say profanities, including the N-word with myself and other customers sitting down. Everyone else I’ve seen is friendly and fast, but that one guy makes the environment feel unsuitable for my family.
