Short E's is pretty dang good food. Counter service, huge menu, great sauce selection at the table. Definitely worth a try if you like good BBQ. Plenty of TVs and good service. Short E's fries with the hot bbq sauce should be illegal in most states.
Phenomenal food last week here. Some of the best ribs/sauces, great value and awesome seasoning on the fries. Great value for the 4 bone meal, fries and salad for $18. Will return here next time I am in town.

A nice rustic atmosphere typical for BBQ restaurants. I would say the sandwiches & platters here are a little on the pricey side. The good is the barbecue. Very well done & tasty. The bad is the sides. I always try the baked beans when trying new bbq places, but their beans reminded me of a restaurant supply bulk beans out of the can. Its a bbq joint... put in some meat trimmings, add flavor, make them unique.
