“The reviews for this restaurant speak for the all around quality from the atmosphere to the staff and to the food. Although the outside is inviting with outdoor seating available, you might think you wouldn’t get Mexican food like this and boy would you be wrong.The menu is plentiful, there’s something for everyone. It was tough to decide what to try. I don’t think I would have went wrong with any of it. The food enjoyed here was: complimentary chips and salsa; fajitas and flautas…. believe me it was an internal fight to not try the tacos lolThis is definitely a stop I’d make again, no doubt about it ?”

“Nice brewery. Great view of the Mississippi River. There were 4 of us. Each had a different taste of beer ? We were very happy with the choice of beers ? to pick from. Employees were very helpful, and the brewery was very clean. Definitely, we go back.”

“The historic house provided a wonderful atmosphere and a great view of the Mississippi below. Ordered cocktails, salmon, turkey dinner, and chocolate chip cookie with ice cream dessert. Everything was delicious! They had local spirits from Mississippi River Distilling. I ate just the right amount of food. As a garlic lover, the garlic salad was awesome! My husband could have eaten more, but was satisfied with the quality of food.Vegetarian options: The entire menu is limited (but good). They offer vegetarian pasta and salads”

“Le Claire is a really cute town but I couldn't decide what to grab for lunch. Settle on this for a burger based on other reviews but to be honest I wasn't confident when I drove up. The place is clean and nice (for a place that has a pool table as you walk in. There was only one person working most of the time but dang she was on it! Food was hot and tasty. She cooked and served. Eventually a server showed up. I was surprised to see lots more women having lunch here than guys having a couple of beers. Am sure the crowd varies by time of day but lunch was definitely different than expected. There are a couple of tables outside, front and back. The view of the river is nice and there are big TVs for watching ball. Tables as well as a bar area inside.”

“Absolutely amazing coffee shop. The place is small and cute and the drink I got was absolutely amazing! It was my first time visiting but it definitely won't be my last. Big thanks to Ivy for being patient with me since I wasn't really sure what to get. I'm a little indecisive....haha. She was so sweet and super helpful. Next time, I'll try her suggested drink of Buffalo Bill's Butterscotch Latte but this time I wanted something with peanut butter and s'mores so she recommended I get the Cowboy Campfire with peanut butter syrup added to it. It was absolutely delicious! If you see negative reviews about this place, they are wrong.....I dealt with 3 different people (Ivy, Kira and Lillie) and they were all just the sweetest. Definitely go check this place out!”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful, it was my first time and they were very nice about it. I ordered the cheese sticks and a CBR sandwich with fries, the food was so good! My kid loves the cheese sticks and he's kind of a snob about them, and the bun in particular on the CBR was notably excellent. I'm only in town for a couple days but I'm strongly considering coming back to try the pizza.”

“Some of the best food I've had around here, the burgers were fresh and hot when it got to my table. The fries were the most crunchy and perfectly cooked. The only problems I had were: I didn't have room to eat it all and not very many seats. The food was great though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Little tight but it'll fit”

“Stopped here on vacation. Pizza and bread sticks were delicious! Staff was very fast and friendly. Large dining area with windows overlooking views of The Mississippi River and downtown area.”

“My wife and I stopped in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. They have all their bbq via alacart, so you can order exactly what you want and how much you want of it. We tried the brisket, smoked pork, and smoked chicken. It was all amazing. The mac and cheese was very good. Solid 8/10 was creamy with good flavor. The owner is down to earth and super friendly. She told us what the best drinks were, and we both had one. They have a full drink menu as well if you want a new mixed drink. Definitely recommend if you want good bbq or a good night out for food.”

“We went with friends.Everything was yummy! Very large portions! We shared two appetizers, the bruschetta and mushroom caps. The bruschetta was amazing, best ever! Mushrooms were on the daily specials. We ordered the wedge side salads.. which were huge and yummy. Way bigger than any side salad I’ve seen. We could have easily split the salad. I had the creamy sausage pasta with spinach. My husband had the red sauce. He was pleased. Huge portions. We will be back. Happy to see another restaurant in LeClaire!!”

“The food was on point and exactly what I was looking for. There are no issues with the food. The service left a lot to be desired, and the team member taking my order was incredibly rude. It's not the best way to start the day.”

“Loved our server, food took a bit longer than expected for breakfast, but it was worth it. I absolutely loved the chicken fried steak, eggs and hash browns!! My husband ordered pancakes, which were thin and crisp. The only item that was not my fav was the cinnamon roll.”

“I got snowed it at a nearby hotel and decided to step over to this sandwich shop next door. The walk was less than 3 minutes. Once inside, the shop looked and smelled clean. Quintin and the girls on the line who took my order had a polite demeanor and my simple veggie but huge sandwich was delicious and fast to make. The bread fresh. Delicious potato salad and refillable fountain drink. The customers after me got a sample of soup they were trying out before having to purchase it as a whole. I'd say that's great customer service. “Love everything about this little gem restaurant in the QCA. Food was beautifully presented and delish. The coffee and the rest of the drinks were fabulous. Feels like an urban cafe in downtown Chicago.”

“Brian and his team do an incredible job. Their focus on quality ingredients and putting flavors together is amazing. Everything we have had there has been great. Best Smash burger in-town, Nashville Hot Chicken Sando is great, wait till you see how perfect the crisp is. Of course the pizza can't be beat. I think deep dish and his Sicilian hits it out of the park. Plus he started making his own pasta in-house it's incredible. Make sure to give it a try you won't be disappointed. Get a loaf of sourdough to take home as well. See you there!”

“Traveling through Quad City area, we stopped here for lunch and would definitely come back. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. I had the hot roast beef sandwich and the meat was tender with no fat. The gravy was delicious, it was not salty and had good beef flavor. My partner had a bacon burger and fries and the fries were so fresh - they came right from the fryer - HOT. The burger was good, too. After reading reviews we decided to have a slice of pie - chose pumpkin - and definitely a “made from scratch” pie. Great flavor, maybe the best I’ve had in awhile. The crust was disappointing though. Bland, calories without any flavor. We would definitely stop here again.”

“Great quality food. Not a lot of gluten free options. Even the chips are flour? At least we were told that they were. We asked an employee and they said they didn't know and never came back . Sort of like eating in a school cafeteria. Also they close at 8pm and that seems really early. I would go back for the food but maybe take it to go lol”

“My husband and I finally got to check out this coffee shop! It was absolutely amazing. I had an amazing service experience. I wish I could remember the individual who helped me, but I have forgotten their name. I ordered the Iced Leroy and my husband ordered the mailman frappe. Both were fantastic. Mine had peanut butter mocha and banana. The banana flavor was not overwhelming which I figured it would be. It was the perfect mix! We also got a cinnamon roll. It was so good and served just slightly warm. The only downside is I wish it were just a bit warmer and it would be absolutely fantastic! Don’t miss out on this coffee shop. Shop small and local!! 10/10 recommend!!”

“Every time we get Thai Town it gets better, though it always was great to begin with! The meat and vegetables are always fresh and of great quality. The spice is perfectly on point. I've always been a red curry with chicken kind of person but I've even ventured outside my normal order because the TV they have behind the register shows dishes that look too good to pass up. We have family that lives in Port Byron and I try to get Thai Town every time we're up that way. I will not go to any other Thai restaurant in the Quad Cities in the future because none of them come close to the quality of Thai Town.”

“Went here twice with a group of friends over the St. Patrick's Day weekend and was very impressed with the atmosphere and service. The bartenders did a phenomenal job keeping up with requests of the many people that were coming in and were very attentive to all guests. Music was great, drinks were fantastic, and the vibe was hard to beat. Plenty of places to sit or stand between the upstairs area, the main floor, and the outdoor patio. Even the owner was present and mingling amongst guests and making sure that the staff had everything they needed. Of the bars we went to in the QCA, this bar was top notch. I WILL be back!”

“Food was great server was awesome despite how busy they were. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the consistency of the kitchen. My husband and I both ordered the same dish the molcajete and it was amazing but they presented it 2 different ways. Also our kids orders came out 5 minutes after ours not a huge deal but typically kids get served first and they ordered basic tacos.”
