When the Marion store first opened they understandably had their problems then it finally got much better. Went there tonight and it was worse than when when they first opened. 1. The burrito press was broke. 2. Every meat was dry and simple looked bad. 3. The queso was dark yellow. 4. Zachary was AMAZING. Very good at what he does. Greeted us on arrival. Was patient with questions. He was very quick at building the burritos. Knew what he was doing. He got through a long line quickly and efficiently. He even came over and asked how our food was.The store itself wasn’t spotless but, by no means filthy either. Loved the atmosphere here. Clean, friendly, respectful.General manager Dionne always has a smile on her face when I go there. She remembers how I like my bowl made. I'm a regular customer. Customer service is great! She always give a welcoming vibe! Need more like her!
