Drive thru..ordered Ceasars Wrap, BBQ chips & the new brownie cookie. She repeated it all back. As we were pulling out I checked the bag, no brownie but all not charged for it. I was really in a chocolate mood..lol

I drive thru here a couple of times a month. Usually when I'm coming home late from work and just want to get home and eat something fast. I've been coming here since they opened and I've always gotten exactly what I expected to get. Lately I've been using the App and ordering when I walk out of work and then drive thru and pick up the sub. I will say that they were probably the fastest "to go food place" before I started using the App. I think Sub City has better tasting subs...read full review

You're staff handled my order issue and behavior in the utmost professional manner and I understand that the issue was beyond the controls of what you were able to do.
