We ordered ahead so we could pick it up. They were very accommodating. Offered other options to go with what I had ordered. (Breakfast potatoes, let me just say OMG! ) so yummy. Cook's Cafe is a little hidden gem in Mason City that is one of my fave places to go to for breakfast!! It is very reasonably priced and the atmosphere is very welcoming n always treated like family!! I always have a hard time deciding what I want to eat because it's all so good! The eggs benedict is phenomenal!! This last time I went I got the ribeye steak, 2 over easy eggs, hash browns with onions, half order of biscuits and gravy n a glass of milk n all that was only $17 bucks!!...read full review

Cook's cafe is a great place to eat with cheap prices and good service. Sometimes it takes some time to get your food but is well worth it. Most of the waitress are up beat and very attentive. They will have you floating before you leave. Will go back again
