Celebrated our anniversary here on a Sunday evening. It was our first time at Maxwell's & the food, service & ambience all exceeded our expectations. We had short ribs, the beet salad, tacos, brussel sprouts & the chocolate torte - yum, the food was amazing, ingredients were so interesting & super fresh. We highly recommend this classy hidden gem on the Mississippi.

The baked goat cheese and Caesar salad were extraordinarily good, my husband actually tried the goat cheese and loved it. That was a first! The ribeye was perfectly cooked and such a large cut there was enough for two meals. I had the Ahi, also a large portion, and the sauce and glaze served with it put it over the top.
