We were the only ones inside we waited for 10mins for someone to see us one employee even told another oh they can wait horrible customer service from what I'm assuming is the manager I get fast food can be hard sometimes but they were just lazy almost all the dinning tables were gross just a bad experience all around so upsetting because typically love arbys lobby was so bad we got our food to go
I tried the new bacon ranch cheese steak and it wasn't nearly as good as the classic. The bacon was really crunchy hard and dry which was not good and there was far too much ranch. The bun and meat were delicious.

Really wish I could give this location a better rating. My daughter came through the drive through the other night and she received pretty much a raw roast beef sandwich (picture included). Now some are going to say this couldn't have happened. It's either pre-cooked or it's liquid meat and all the franchise location does is warm it up.
