Very slow on giving you your order frys are always soggy and the night staff really sucks they do not care about your order and they have terrible attitudes with customers I asked for extra cheese and no pickels on my Big Mac and the lady taking my order told me no and that I didn't need the extras on my sandwich!!! I am very disappointed with McDonald's in Fairfield and I hope that the management will improve there location and staff!!!
The shift supervisor yelled at her coworkers in front of customers. Supervisor was unaware of what was advertised on the tall McDonald's sign as you pull in. The wait was 20 min for 2 sandwiches.
