Make sure you get your receipt when ordering from a kiosk from a fast food restaurant. We got our taco combos from Taco Bell in Ottumwa Iowa today when I ask for our drinks. The young man behind the counter said it doesn't show you order drinks. I said we order the taco combos. He said do you have your receipt so I can check it. This Taco Bell always has the friendliest staff, even when when they're really busy. They're also accurate with order customizations. I've lived in town for over 12 years and am a fan of this excellent fast food location.

Went there last night for the 1st time since the remodel. Didn't like the kiosk ordering only. It was hard to edit your food, and the system didn't text me my receipt. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.
