Blanca is an incredible server. She is bright, fun, and a delight to be around. I make sure she is my server every time I go!Dietary restrictions: I am using food as medicine. I will eat the oatmeal, potato pancakes, and fruit for my breakfast options.
Marisela had time to say more than "Hello, what will you be having this morning." Which is always welcoming. It took 10-15 minutes for the food to be prepared and brought out. That gave me time to get relaxed and enjoy the coffee.
