They don't help you at the counter, they say to use the kiosk. I get they were busy but to not even acknowledge customers at the counter is rude! At least 3 people came up and had to yell hello just for a simple request like a cup and the worker acted very bothered to have to grab a cup.
I placed my order at the drive-thru on Hamilton in Sioux City. At the window, I asked to please add another potato. The young man refused, saying "We don't do add-ons at the window". Must be store policy. On that alone, I won't be back. I'm not driving around the bldg a second time for an item I forgot. Also, I ordered two cokes. I received one, so I asked for the second. The young lady said, "you only paid for one". I looked at the receipt. She is correct - but I ordered two....read full review

Worst experience of any retail establishment ever! The obese broad with green hair and lip piercings should not be working with food or people!!! She was rude and told another worker to spit in the food, so I cancelled the order. When I asked this wonderful human specimen for corporate's phone number, she refused. I called corporate and was refunded for my order.
