I'm not sure who does their ordering, but they were out of a lot of items. They only had one of the four salads on their menu. They had no small cups, so they required me to pay an extra fifty cents to upgrade to the medium cup. Let me get this straight. You failed to order supplies and the customer has to pay extra because of it?

We really enjoy the food but I had to give a 1 star review on service because, of the last 5 times we've attempted to eat there, the lobby was locked during business hours on 3 of those trips and we ended up eating somewhere else. The two times we were able to come inside we had to use a self service kiosk to order.
