“Discovered this lovely town and wonderful coffee shop on our way driving across Iowa off of I-80. I had a delicious pumpkin pie latte hot and just the right amount of sweetness. My husband loved his Dutch letter latte. The shop offers breakfast and sandwiches.”

“I love their ice cream! I asked who they get the ice cream from, its from a small dairy farm in Wisconsin. The chocolate mint ice cream is wonderful! The northern lights pizza was also good!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, took our boys here after a basketball game!”

“My wife and I were traveling from Colorado to Wisconsin on 12/30. We looked up and stopped in at Ruby's. Fantastic !! We weren't sure what to expect, but were more than pleased with the service, quality of food and the price point (very reasonable). Well worth going a few minutes off of the highway for the 1/2lb. burger and patty melt. We saw other patrons with other items that also looked really good. Great job to the staff at Ruby's and we hope to see you again on our next road trip !!!”

“We stopped here on our way to Colorado. It was Sunday and , besides the fast food places, it was the one of the 2 places open. While initially it didn't feel like we had a choice, since there weren't too many places open, it was the RIGHT CHOICE. The food was great! My fiancé loved the salsa, he usually doesn't care for it when we go to mexican restaurants. We had the carnitas and the pollo ranchero. We were surprised to see we had no forks, but you don't really need them, the meat comes apart easily. The server was attentive. I've noticed the restaurant has reviews from 9 years ago but it looks like maybe it's been recently renovated. I loved the murals! I'll definitely keep it in mind for next time we're doing the trip!”

“I did a little research and decided to stay in Stuart for the night which was New Year’s Eve.My friend and I walked in. Everyone was Hello Happy New Years. You hungry. Pot luck. Thank you to all who fed us. Then the party began. Great conversation and great people.Hard drive home the next morning. Do it again in a heartbeat. Katie the bartender was slinging drinks. “Stuart Bowling! We had just moved to this lovely town last Summer and recently found that the bowling alley has the best food in town. Bowling Alley is super cute and family oriented, staff are wonderful and it's just a cool place! We even had breakfast there....omg so good!”

“This was the best Mcdonald's in the world! My man ZANDER was the best employee ever! Zander cleans everything the floor, the play place, windows, and even the bathrooms! We love Zander he explained why they made the Wcdonalds sauce multiple times. Since Zander was so nice we went to the bathroom and were able to get his signature. We told the manager that he was the best employee ever! The play place Ranger aka Zander was nice enough to let all of us go on the slide even though we are all over the age limit. Zander was the nicest employee ever! I highly recomend visiting this Mcdonalds we all love Zander! ZZZZZZAAAAANNNNNDDDDEEEERRR!”

“I took my 2 kids and ex to Rusty Duck Saturday night for first time ever . We had reservations for 6:45 got seated at 7:30 and staff got to our table at 7:50. Staff overwhelmed with too many people we left at 9 right after our meals were done. Not I well ran restaurant but a positive is if you have timer to wate and you want good food I would say go with it”

“Great bar to have open again! Different drink deals every night and the wings and taco boat are awesome. For entertainment, buck hunter, pool, darts and slots. Solid selection of liquor and even brought in some local brewery favorites from Barntown. Owners take suggestions to heart and are really trying to give locals a cool place to chill and have a good night.”
