I am beyond impressed with Cucina Fantasma customer service. We placed our order thru GrubHub. The driver had not shown up on time. The restaurant reached out to us to let us know our food was ready and waiting, but they were still waiting on a driver to pick it up. I ordered the Full Italian flatbread and Italian salad, and the response was that my delivery would be about 50-60 minutes. Great! After a text alert from CF, my food arrived 40 min after I ordered, contactless delivery. Even better! It looked amazing and tasted fabulous. The pizza was hot, toppings fresh and not soggy. The salad was a beautiful combo of fresh, crunchy ingredients. I highly recommend this delivery option and I’ll be ordering again soon!!
I was pressured into trying this restaurant by my girlfriend who loves Italian food, but I try and eat fairly healthy. I was really surprised that the dishes were good, pretty affordable, and had a lot of quality ingredients in them. We ordered the Seafood Risotto, a tortellini dish, stuffed breadsticks, and a tiramisu. I only have a pic of my food since she ran off with everything else, but all in all it was pretty good!
