Even though my burger was wrong, I did take it back and Kayla helped me at the front counter, she was very polite, got me a fresh burger and fries without any hesitation and triple checked with her coworkers to make sure it was correct before handing it to me. Great customer service from her!

Worst customer service ever! Never got asked if we wanted sauces and when we went to ask for some we were told we were only allowed our alloted amount (we didn't receive any) or they were going to start charging us. They lady who took our order was rude needs a lesson on how to treat customers and the other lady that brought us our food, pretty sure her name was Sophia, couldn't be bothered to help us either. This Long John’s Silver has to be the worst one in the state. I don’t know if it’s a management issue but they never have enough staff, inconsistent hours, sometimes the drive through is open sometimes it’s not. If Kayla is the manager that’s not shocking. She has a nasty attitude. I wish I still had the owner’s number. I had to reach out to her about a year ago about poor service. It’s a hike but the south side location is way better.
