Madeline was the person working the drive through and I noticed that her ability for eye contact and attention was great, she has a great ability for customer service or even farther.
The Blackfoot Taco Bell crew are good at processing orders, and they pay attention to the "extras" (cheese, sour cream, etc) or leaving items off if you don't want them (cheese, lettuce, etc.) They are fast at processing window orders.

This was a trippy but eye opening experience. The staff at the counter no longer takes orders face to face and I was like whuuuut. So it’s all done through a kiosk and it’s the first time I’ve experienced this but also realized it is the future of fast food.
