Whole Foods post Amazon seems to be a case of "How the mighty have fallen" The employees are as nice as ever so five stars for them. The store itself is just kind of depressing. I used to love my trips to a fully stocked store with specialty items I couldn't find elsewhere, a great selection of produce and fish and meat, etc. At least half the store is now prepared foods or non-food items. Whole Foods In my opinion this place has gone down hill. Maybe it has something to do with Amazon. The prices for the deli items are outrageous. I went in today and got a breakfast sandwich. For $5.00 I'd expect something more substantial. What I got was not very good tasting. C'mon Whole Foods. Make some good food!! Hands down best grocery store in America. I love Whole Foods. This place has a great selection and friendly staff. Clean store and uplifting environment. I wish other grocery stores would take a lesson from Whole Foods.
