It's really hard to find authentic Mexican food in Boise, but Barrigas is the most authentic I can find after 10 years of living here. Their food is good, served on warm plates with great portions, the servers are always friendly, and the atmosphere is clean!
I was seated in the back cause I wanted a table not booth(front). Wait person totally ignored me for quite a while. ??? She kept looking at me, and in my direction. Wait person said she couldn't see me because of a wooden barrier on the back of the seat at the left of my table..Don't know exactly how long I waited, maybe 25 minutes, maybe?
