No idea how this place has good ratings. I eat a lot of Indian food, and this is easily the worst I've had. Very bland. Samosas not cooked all the way through (raw meat in some places). Potatoes in the vindaloo also not cooked all the way through. Naan tastes like it was pulled out of a freezer and heated up in a microwave. For what it's worth, I really did want to like this place.
Not impressed with anything. I hope them well but I won’t be going back. I was optimistic and was wanting some good Indian food. This didn’t check any boxes.
The lunch buffet is so good! There's great variety. It's fresh and very tasty. A few months ago I ordered some samosas and was disappointed. They were really greasy and not what I was hoping for.
Very bad experience. Delivered Non-Veg in the name of Veg Biryani
I can’t believe this place is not totally packed! I bet they will be soon! It’s a great authentic Indian dining experience and they are very warm and friendly. Can’t wait to come have lunch again!
We truly loved Chicken Korma and Onion Kulcha. For the price we would have appreciated more rice to go along with our entrees as we ended without enough. But everything was heavenly!
We ate here while visiting. My son wanted to experience the haunted Idanha Hotel. I'm so glad we did. All the food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Too bad we didn't get to see any ghosts. ?
Worthless place, staff is rude, they dont even wait for customer to speak up, total disappointment. We reached around 1:45 pm, were stopped at the entrance and told by staff, its closed. Online timings are 2:30 pm, they did not wait for us to clarify. After stating, its closed, staff walked away. Ruthless people, no respect. I wish I could negatively rate them, they dont even deserve 1 star.
We visited Bombay Grill on a Saturday for their lunch buffet. I'm sure I'm missing a few dishes but they had butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, vegetable korma, and saag paneer. All were very good, especially the butter chicken and saag. Perhaps not the quality you'd expect when ordering a specific dish, but very good for a buffet. Since it was a buffet, service was limited but dirty plates were removed promptly.
My husband and I were looking for an authentic Indian food lunch. When we walked in we were greeted by the chef and staff and had great service throughout the meal. The food was excellent! Tasty, just the right amount of heat and spice. I would recommend and we will return....
My first experience with Indian food was phenomenal, thanks to Suki at Bombay Grill! I walked in not knowing what to expect and she helped me decide what I should try off the menu and even let me sample a few things! The food was incredible, I loved everything I tried! Also I loved the service I received, it felt like I was at home hanging out with family. If you haven't been here you have got to try it out!!
Great food but a bit on the spendy side
Delicious food. We ordered various dishes and everyone was both stuffed and delighted. Helpful service although slow with drink refills.
Very good Indian food! My husband had Vindaloo Shrimp and I had Chicken Tikka Masala which were both delicious! Our Server, Yasmin, was very helpful in explaining menu options. She was very prompt and polite. We enjoyed speaking with her about Boise (our first visit to Idaho). We were very pleased with the yummy food and Naan Bread as well as our beer and wine. Will definitely return!
