This is our go to take out place in Boise. They give generous portions and are reasonably priced. They have an amazing lunch buffet with lots of options. We love the vegetable pakora, butter chicken and garlic naan.
I have always recieved great service and the wait staff is so friendly each time. The food is fantastic! If you have eaten at other Indian restaurants in Boise, you must try Bombay. They are one of my favorite restaurants in town. The experience is outstanding and the people great. Stop on in and try this experience. By the way, they have a great daily buffet. You can try all the dishes you've always wondered about. Highly recommended.

I love to lunch here. The food is delicious and the people are wonderful.
Bait and switch! I noticed online that the lunch buffet is priced at $16.99 and Boise High Students are charged $9.99. They charged me $18.00 for the buffet, and wouldn’t give my kids the $9.99 buffet even though they had their IDs. When I brought it up to the cashier, she wouldn’t honor it. Bummer. Hey, it’s a buffett and $18.00 is reasonable, but update and honor your prices.
Great staff, quick service, and clean restaurant. Main reason for the 2* rating is the food. The curries were more like soup. Spicy tasted mild. The food was definitely missing ingredients. Restaurant also didn’t take pride in the appearance and literally cut corners with painting. I do not recommend this place to anyone who knows what Indian food is supposed to taste like.

Went during lunch buffet. Food and service was amazing. Must try the veggie options they’re great!!
This place has best lunch buffet. In less than $20 you can try 5 different non and 5 different vegetarian options. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to try Indian food for the first time.
This place use to be great. Older woman who own the place is very RUDE! if you show up past 130 she tells you to leave! she also has them save old food and put on buffet the next day. I liked it better when she didn't work in the restaurant. Its like she doesn't want your business. I went across the street to eat and was done before they close at 2 pm. She walks around angry and unhappy. Really makes a bad vibe.
Our new favorite Indian place in Boise! The food was wonderful and we loved the vibe. We will definitely be back to try their lunch buffet.
