Tyler is awesome! We went to celebrate my daughter earning a new taekwondo belt and she absolutely loves the desserts. All the other times we have been to this Cafe Zupas, the food is consistently great quality too.

We wanted to go somewhere else, but the wait time was more than we were willing to deal with, so Zupas got our business that night. It was so yummy. Glad we made the switch. We weren't that hungry anyway, so the sandwich was perfect.

I understand being behind by 10 minutes for mobile orders but 30?! We were on our lunch break and almost had to head back without any food. Glad we at least got it but instead of enjoying it I have to pop in when I have a minute at work to grab a bite. At least Panera when they're behind they give a free cookie.

kind and patient staff! the food was good as well, they have great options to choose from. my only gripe is how expensive it is. it can get pretty pricey. the ambiance is nice as well; very comfortable environment with lots of good seating to pick from if you're eating in-house!

Got a pick 2 soup and salad, barely any sauce...Got a large chicken noodle and not much juice. Asked for more got told no so my daughter had to eat soup with more noodles and veg then juice. In Caldwell zuppas makes sure you get a perfect amount!

I placed an order that told me it was going to be ready between 11:56 am and 12:09 pm. When I checked the status of my order at 12:03 I was told that it would be between 1219 and 1239. There is no way it takes 40 minutes to prepare a meal to go When it doesn't take that long standing in line.
Love Zupas. Their salads are delicious. Love the roasted red pepper and lobster soup. Always have enjoyed this location.

So, I’ve come in a few times over the past year, so I feel ok to write a review that’s based on that . The food is always usually pretty good (like most cafe Zupas are). My problem is with the cleanliness and wait times for food and disorganization of everything . When I mean wait time, I’m referring to when there’s very few people in line, but the workers seem to be buried in online orders, or times when it just seems like there’s massive disorganization of who is doing what. I have noticed people are often left waiting while employees are either standing or until someone notices and comes to whatever station they’re at . So I’m not sure if there’s miscommunication or people aren’t trained on all areas of the food stations, but it’s been a pretty consistent problem. The drink area is consistently very gross , dirty, and sticky . The employees have all been nice though, so that’s a positive. It’s not a bad place to eat, but definitely needs a couple of things addressed.

Okay- this place was EXCELLENT!!! Good food options, fresh ingredients and yummy choices, easy for any dietary lifestyle to choose from. The staff was very friendly & helpful- so shout out to them. Also- the crème brûlée was exquisite! If you’ve never been; essentially the way it works is: you pick 1 item; or a 2 item combo (although you can buy it all lol). The main 3 things they sell are— salads, soups and sandwiches (desserts are another offering). They have natural drinks sweetened with honey too. The only minor cons I will note were: they don’t offer croutons (which I find to be standard salad fare; they really should consider adding it to their menus) and the men’s restroom had a busted sink when I went, so you could only use hand sanitizer at the time). But overall, this company is great and I REALLY wish they could open up more locations, particularly Northern Nevada and NorCal. Sweet tomatoes was a very popular chain that bankrupted in 2020. In many respects this company helps fill that void. They can slay the market if they play their hand right!! Bring on the good food, I’m ready, as you should be too! PS- it’s child friendly dining.

The restaurant was filthy! Trash everywhere because the trash cans and dish bins were over flowing. Tables had not be wiped down what appeared to be a very long time. They were also out of many salad items. The person that served me had the title of "Hospitality Lead" on his name tag. I asked if it had been busy and he said no not really. Staff was standing around and chatting when there was clearly a lot to be done. I heard the person in front of me being told they were out of eggs. I asked if they were out of egg for my salad and was told "no we have some in the back. If you really want them, I can go get them." Also the drinks, lemonade, etc were empty at 7:30 on a Friday. I went into the restroom and turned right around and walked out. Filthy in there too. I noticed there are cameras all over the restaurant but clearly no one is looking at them. This place is a complete mess. I regret continuing with my order and eating there. I will not make that mistake again.
