I ordered a double western cheeseburger, large fries and jalapeño poppers. When I got home I saw that my jalapeño poppers were missing. Called the store three times and no one answered. Drive back to the store and employee had me pull up to the drive thru. He was like, "SoRry abOUt thAt MAn". I asked if I could have my order remade since by now my burger and fries were for sure not remotely hot. He then told me he could not remake the order. Unreal. Wasted my time and money because of an employee error and unwillingness to make the situation right.
1st off I had to wait to place my order because the employee was leaned up on the counter with her back to me on her phone. When she did finally came to take my order she was super short. I ordered a monster double Angus burger with no bun for my husband. He has celiac and gluten makes him extremely sick. I got home and he opened the bag and there was a fork. The box was labeled special but there was a bun to my dismay. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve this issue but the phone just rang and rang with no answer.

The building isn't terrible, service was good, but the food wasn't the normal Carl's Jr. Fries were soggy and the burgers were slapped together without effort. In a convenient place by the Mall though.
