Just recently we were visiting family in Meridian. Before we even arrived at their home, we stopped and had dinner at Casablanca. Being from Miami, but living in Colorado, it was so nice to have a taste of home (Miami ). A few days later we went again with a large group of people. Both visits... all meals were excellent and the staff was so friendly. Love this place.

One of our favorite restaurants in Boise! It is a hidden gem and run by the friendliest family of staff! Service is quick and we have become a regular here and love introducing this place to our friends and families. The ambience is cozy and welcoming too. I had their Croquettas, Marisitas pork, Ropa Vieja, Arroz con pollo, Piccadillo ground beef, Enchilado camarones, Bacalao, Cuban sandwich multiple times and they are always cooked to perfection and so delicious! Their prices are so reasonable for how much food you get too. I can't say enough about this place, family run is also a plus because they put so much efforts in making sure their guests are welcomed!

First time….loved the menu, tons of choices. We ordered one of the chicken dinners, Cuban sandwich and the pork chop with dark rice, plantanes, and beans…all were perfect and soooo delicious! The prices are good and the food even better. Will definitely go back! Highly r3commended!Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat dairy and most places put cheese/cream sauce on/in everything… not this restaurant…plus great vegetarian dishes…fresh change!

This is one of the best spots in Boise to eat. The food is always very tasty and the people working there are so friendly and provide great service. Chuy especially was a lot of fun. I had the black bean soup and the Cubano soup. Both were delicious!

I’m not in Boise often but when I am I make it a point to go to CasaBlanca for lunch. The sandwiches are perfect. Someday I’ll get to trying out the rest of the menu too :) and like any good lunch spot in Idaho the French fries are solid.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options but not a large selection

I'm half Cuban, from Miami (Cuban food heaven) and this place one of the best Cuban food restaurants I've eaten from ? Vaca frita and masitas de puerco were delish, as well as the croquetas de jamon. A piece of home away from home

We come to Boise a couple of times a year to visit family. We always come to CasaBlanca when in town. The food is excellent as is the service. My favorite dish is Pechuga Empanizada. The chicken cutlet is cooked perfectly. But what really makes it is the garlic lime sauce. I could eat a shoe with that stuff on it. Looking forward to our next visit.
