Well I had high hopes for edge. It's been on my list for a long time so took the crew for lunch. We all got burgers and I got the dip. Everything was great, really good but I guess I just had higher expectation? I'm going to give it another go and report back. Definitely has a lot of potential and may have been a bit lack luster due to the timing of the early lunch. Good burgers and great fries. Coming back for another go but recommended by this foodie for a good lunch spot.
If you are looking for the same menu at the downtown location that is available at the Steelhead location you will be greatly disappointed. As always, beer is great (Obligatory is an all-time favorite) but the food is terrible. I got the Korean Chicken bowl and it is obviously not prepared in-house, but even worse than that is the globby heavy sauces (one on the chicken, one on the rice) that is just overwhelming. 2nd time for dinner here - was awesome. Totally different menu then the main (original location) Edge. Still great choices and variety. Can be a sleeper when other downtown eats are slammed (looking at you 8th Street). Worth coming here even if busy.
