i love their food, but more often than not im here picking up door dash deliveries and theyre always very kind, helpful and they ALWAYS have the food ready the moment i get there (aside from the milkshakes, they make those when i show up so they arent melted by the time it reaches the customer which is appreciated and worth the wait)

Have gone several times late at night the last 2 weeks to grab some breakfast and have not had any luck having anyone there even though they are open.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which was unedible was burnt and had little to zero chicken(it was all breading) also ordered curly fries 2 large and both were hard and felt really old.When I called the location the phone would ring for a second and you can tell they would just pick up the phone and hang up shortly.

Came in for lunch and took ten minutes to get greeted there is no customer service, you must always greet the customer right when they walk in not when your lazy employee looks my way then ignored me and other customers nothing good for customer service here at all maybe you as the managers need to go back and retrain your employees and also maybe your managers need restrained and they all need someone to teach them customer service I will not be returning to this location or any other for that fact and the whole crew is lazy and don't care they rather go outside and smoke their vapes and be on their phones not good at all!!!!!!!!!! I would give a negative review if it was allowed!!!!!!

I had a very simple order today. But they would not listen to me and overcharged me. When I told them the mistake, instead of changing it they asked me to come to the window. I have no faith in places they can't handle a simple $6 order. So I drove off.I spent many years working in a drive-thru. It's not the easiest or best job in the world. But it's not that difficult especially when there was no business insider out at the time.I will not be going back to this location.

Went in for breakfast and wanted to order the sandwich that has only egg and cheese due to dietary restrictions around meat. Told the drive through guy like 5 times no sausage or bacon. Got to the window and he asked again for clarification. NO sausage or bacon we repeated. Got the sandwich and it had sausage on it. So uh don’t trust them to get it right with that kind of stuff I guess

We just went through drive-thru right now.. Oct 28 .. 9:15pm..And the employee who took our order looked & sounded like he was on drugs.. He didn’t even know what was going on. We ordered 3 combos & he forgot to give us 2 fries. So we called him out on the fries & it took him another 10min to hand us the fries, and when he did, there were only 15 fries in fry box. He didn’t give us a a receipt or straws or condiments. He wasn’t even friendly. Sounded like he didn’t even want to be there. Service totally sucked ??You need employees that really appreciate their jobs & that want to be there.

Stopped for a lunch and 100% grossed out by my teriyaki bowl. I’m pretty sure broccoli should be green. Short a somewhat rude service as well. Usually I enjoy Jack in the Box but this was not so pleasant.

placed and paid for a mobile order through the app, waited 30 mins in the drive through and when we got to the window were told they never received it. went to show the employee the confirmation email with the address and order number, and he refused to look and said there was nothing he could do. bummer experience with the mobile ordering, would've been helpful if he listened when we gave the name at the speaker box so we could've saved some time.
