I put in a pick up order online and came at the designated time, had to wait 20 more minutes for my sandwich. noticed while they were making it that it had oil and vinegar on it, which I had asked for sides of, not on the sandwich itself. They remade it, which was nice, but they remade it with the wrong bread, only noticed after I got to where I was going. I did look in the bag before I left and had to ask for two sides of the relish which I had also asked for on my original online...read full review
I ordered for pick up and that order was packaged perfectly and fresh ready to go on time. It was a quick in and out transaction. When I place the order I did ask to have the names put on the wrapping so we knew which sandwich was for who and I wasn't done, so that's something that could be better, but overall was a great experience.

First time dining in at a Jersey Mike's restaurant. Blu helped me with my order and she was very pleasant. The whole aura of the store and team was far above what is normally found in a food establishment. I had the Big Kahuna and it was delicious! Thanks Jersey Mike's team on 2/29 at 1:15pm.
