I always get the Billy Club Unwich due to a gluten intolerance.The staff are always in good moods, always positive and always communicating so the orders don't get messed up and everything goes smooth.The atmosphere is pretty relaxing for guests and is a nice place to just kick back and enjoy your meal.The service is top tier because the employees pay attention to what you are telling them and take the time to confirm your order and then reconfirm to solidify they're getting it right.The find is always good because they use high-quality ingredients, and everything is always fresh.Dietary restrictions: I have a severe gluten intolerance, so being able to go to a place where I can get a loaded lettuce wrap is always amazing! “Love me some Jimmy John's, but the reward program is terrible. It takes 6+ orders to earn something & it could be just a bag of chips. Essentially you have to spend about $80+ just to earn a free side. Wish they would move to a point system instead and let us choose what we spend reward points on.“

“This Jimmy John’s location is one of the better in the Treasure Valley that I’ve visited. They have consistent quality and preparation of their sandwiches. They actually know how to wrap a wrap properly and tightly and they double wrap it in paper to help reduce mess while eating. In the rare instance where I’ve had an issue, they have resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.“
“I called the Broadway store and they said they couldn’t help me as they didn’t have enough bread and I should have called sooner. I work at an assisted living facility and our cook is recovering from surgery, the other cook was on vacation and we had no one to make lunch for our residents, frozen food, etc. I called the Main Street store and they were so willing to help even on short notice. They were super fast, the food was amazing and the employees were outstanding. Our residents loved the food and want to know when we can have Jimmy John’s sandwiches again. Our residents were full and happy. Our staff wasn’t stressed and we all had a fantastic day. Thank you so very much.“
