Best Indian food in town. Don’t let the small dining room fool you. These guys know how to make bomb food and are actually very attentive, efficient and friendly. Food was hot in temperature, had lots of flavor and was priced just right. I own a business down the same strip and will probably be back on Monday! Thank you so much!
Upon arrival, I noticed nothing striking about the ambience. It’s kind of small inside and seemed to be relatively busy when I arrived. The service was fantastic. The staff were attentive and swift as they greeted me virtually immediately upon arrival. Truth be told, the food was not the best. The vegetable biryani was too spicy and I felt like it wasn’t hot in temperature. The raita tasted like it was made with yogurt instead of curd and it tasted like it was frozen and unthawed. The naan tasted like it was pre-made and frozen. The samosas tasted like they were left out for hours. The only things I enjoyed here were the mango lassi, the rose lassi, and the galub jamun, which was amazing. I may try this place again in a year to see if it’s improved as I love Northern Indian cuisine and I was impressed with the staff and service, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime in the near future.
Good Indian food. I like lamb. Pretty authentic.
Rotis were good. Most pathetic curry, crew doesn’t care to ask if the customer is satisfied or not even after leaving 90% of food on table and doesn’t wish to take away.Don’t spoil the Indian delicacies, if you don’t know how to cook the curry.
The food was great. The staff was great. The building has a warm inviting atmosphere. I will defiantly be going back.
a blind date brought me here for my first indian cuisine experience, and even though he didn’t call back,i’ll be forever grateful for this divine introduction to lamb curry and naan, because in the five years since that day,i return often, especially whenever i need extreme~comfort food cooked by someone else, scrumptious in the highest degree!
Always tasty; best Indian food in the treasure valley. They have a big selection of different dishes in chicken, lamb, and seafood, and they have vegetarian options, too. I love their Naan, soft and warm, very fresh. They don't have the buffet open right now due to COVID so if that's what you want it won't be there. Our waiter was on top of things, refilling drinks and checking on us very attentively.
We had a great dinner here last night and think this restaurant deserves higher ratings. Our family of 3 ordered the Non-Vegetarian Family meal for 4 and it was excellent. We walked away with tons of leftovers which we are looking forward to enjoying.
This place is amazing! Menu is out of this world. Service was excellent even with just the one waiter. He is always excellent. Food was as always, perfect and delicious. Anything lamb is cooked to perfection here. Will keep going back as long as they are here!
So delicious! We had the vegetarian sampler appetizer, then one lamb, chicken and vegetarian dish. Everyone loved everything. We requested medium spice and it was just enough. Amazing flavors. The coconut nan was our favorite, tastes amazing dipped in the Mint Sauce. (Sauce came with apps, so ask for it if you don't order that.) We will definitely be back. A new favorite place. Thanks!
This was my first time visiting the restaurant, which I didn't even know about, had is not popped up on Yelp. FINALLY!! The circle is complete! Proper North Indian food in the valley! I got a carry out order, food was ready on time, well packaged and very tasty. I can't wait to try it out in person.
Amazing food. Delivered quickly by friendly staff.
Quite good! Sometimes crowded. Very kind staff.
Beautiful Experience and Atmosphere in this Small Family Owned Business ❤ Food was Awesome. BUT Wait time to ask the waitress for anything is a let down.
This has been my go-to for Indian food since the 90s. The quality has never once wavered. I'm always super happy to eat at Madhuban. Who wants to go?!
