Best spot for an afternoon pick me up or lunch! The menu has so much to offer! With so many possibilities how could you go wrong?! Oh and not to mention, it's healthy! You have to try!
absolutely love this place!!! i'm a picky eater and trying to develop a healthier diet. 2 things that don't mix well, but mixed up nutrition is saving my liiiife. they have shakes, iced teas, coffee, donuts, etc. and it's all healthy! mixed up nutrition has a wide variety of diff flavors as well; and their shakes are dairy free which is SO helpful due to the fact i'm lactose intolerant. This store is a great atmosphere to get a healthy meal. Protein shakes, tea bombs, the fit waffle that is loaded with protein and the protein balls are my favorites. The blueberries are to die for. Real fruit!! Yum?
