This place has great pizza....sometimes. It's clearly the only thing keeping them in business. And the fact that it's the only thing close to actual NY style pizza. And ....when the guy is in making the pizza, it's great.The woman that works in there usually (and the other girl) clearly don't give two craps about the pizza nor the service. They serve pizza by the slice, but never actually have any slices ready. So we started ordering whole pizzas.The woman always is slightly rude and tends to overcook or burn the pizza. We usually pick up but have delivered a couple of times. Today I tried to order for delivery OVER LUNCH TIME and was told the driver could not make it out for a couple of hours and ASKED IF THAT WAS OK??!I wish the guy would work more because he makes it delicious, honestly the best pizza in Boise. AND he is PROUD of it, he always opens the box to show you before you leave with it. A shame he is not in more. We are tempted to only order when he answers the phone.

Order was done right on time. Front man definitely looked like a fellow pizza man and had a smile on his face. Everything was cooked perfect, not too undercooked and not overcooked. Despite the few bad reviews I saw, we definitely enjoyed it.

This is place use to be really good, but based on my last couple of visits it has missed its high expectations. The pizza gets cold very quickly. The amount of toppings received for an extra $2 per topping is a joke. The quality for the higher expense also makes it less desirable. It use to be a go to pizza place for me, but not anymore.

There are so many pizza places and styles but I always come back to NYGP when there is a craving for pie and not a specific place. The quality is great, the delivery is fast and the people are accommodating.My Go To is usually the white pizza with sausage and it really is different than any other pizza in Boise, delicious real non corporate produced pizza.Salads are excellent and I also love their calzones and sandwiches. Its a big serving and beautiful crust.Overall, great value compared to other places and the quality keeps us coming back for more.I can't judge Atmosphere in this review as I have always been a delivery customer.

Placed an online pickup order. Got a text from the Slice service saying the order would be ready in 15-30 minutes. I timed my arrival to be at the end of that timeframe. Got a text while on my way that the order was ready for pickup. Great! However, when I got there, the order hadn't even been started yet. When I said I had gotten the text 5 minutes prior saying it was ready, I was told that "the app sent that." So you mean to tell me that Slice automatically tells customers that their orders are ready when they aren't? Of course they don't -- and if that's actually the case, you should immediately switch vendors.

For my grandson’s birthday we ordered 4 giant pizzas. It was such a busy day that we ordered them last minute. Well, N.Y. Giant Pizza came through. The pizza was amazing and all the guest/kids were happy-especially the birthday boy!!

Super yummy pizza. Just don't order for delivery. Their system messes up and doesn't send the person to the right place and you end up not getting your order and the foreign delivery person yells at you. Definitely a pick up kind of pizza

Stopped in for a quick bite before the movie across the street started. Ended up being a 30 minute wait for 3 slices of pepperoni pizza. In their defense they did say it would be 30 mins, but I thought that meant for a whole pizza, not just a couple slices. There was only one other customer there. When I asked for a refund (we were going to now be late for the movie) they gave me a hard time saying they told me about the 30 minute wait. I get that, but I had to leave and they weren't able to provide what I paid for in a timely manner so I didn't want to pay for something I wasn't going to get. I didn't even end up getting the full refund for the pizza so they ended up with a little extra of my money, but I didn't have time to further argue with them so I left. Not a great experience today.
