I was just in there and the girl who served my food which’s name i didn’t get, gave me my order incomplete, and looked like she didn’t want to be there, and then Maria your cashier had a badddd face, looked like she hated being there and made me and other people wait for our food when they had it ready, I waited about 7minutes to get my food what was sitting right behind the counter, I’ve never experience this at another panda, I’m not sure if there new or what was up.
After a full 8 minutes of staff walking past me ignoring my presence, refusing to look at me, and pretending I wasn't there they finally came over and told me they were out of everything but three items ( 60 minutes until the closing time ) and didn't offer to make any until I specifically asked if they could. My time is never wasted here. The employees are patient and quick.If you already know what you want you'll be in and out in no time. And if you don't, you can ask for a sample before committing to a dish and I think that's a rare and appreciated boon.
