Overpriced. It used to be a cheap alternative to expensive pizza places because you baked it at home. We went and got 2 large pizzas and cheesy bread and it was $60. We could have gone across the street to flying pie and paid that for better pizza without heating up the oven. Not worth it.

Customer service was great. Pizzas and sides were out in a reasonable amount of time. I’m rating three stars because of their tip calculator.I consider myself a good tipper. I’m usually always twenty percent sometimes much more. My issue with this store is their math. My total was $38,33, I don’t remember the change exactly so this will be an example.First of all the tip screen had no custom option. I’ll tip the papa murphy kids an appropriate amount but I don’t think it’s a twenty percent type of job but if I’m feeling extra generous it absolutely is. Also, the way I figure out a tip means that whoever is getting it gets a little more than twenty percent. So on a tab of 38.33 I’d round up to 40 and then tip 8 bucks. When I looked at their tip screen there were only four options. Ten percent, fifteen percent, twenty percent and twenty five percent. I wanted to tip eight bucks. I picked twenty percent but the amount shown was off. The amount shown was 9.27 or something. When I got home I did the math and all the tip options shown were off by five percent. This is incredibly deceptive. Someone has gone into the options of the program and changed the values of what tip option is shown and adjusted it to show the wrong percentage. It’s either that or they are not smart enough to check the math and have a bad tip calculator. I look forward to telling someone in management there about this.

Very convenient ordering online (setting a customized pickup time) using their drive-through. Ingredients are fresh and plentiful. Prices seem to be increasing. However, quality doesn't come cheap. Staff was friendly and helpful! Their lobby is nice and cool in the summer on a hot day.Vegetarian options: No meat pizza is available.

My only problem was when I went to pay they ask for a tip. Really, what for??? I just paid a fortune for a pizza I had to pick up and bake myself. I don’t get it?♀️
The opening shift boss may be physchotic. I’ve never heard a kid gossip to children as a grown adult like that in my life. Might be time to reevaluate

We've picked up pizza here twice. The first time, I ordered online an hour in advance. I picked it up, cooked it and the dough was really weird. It's like the dough wasn't proofed. Second time, my husband and I were craving a pepperoni pizza. He placed the order in the morning for me to pick up at 430, after work. He chose the drive through option for pick up. I pull up to the drive through, sit forever, see a sign that says "for call in orders only". I pull up front, get out to get my pizza. There were very few pepperonis on my pizza which is weird because papa murphy's seemed to take pride in how pepperonied their pepperoni pizza was. Second, the dough was not proofed. We let it sit for a bit, cooked it, the dough was done but floppy and weird. Second, the plastic was ripped and pizza sauce was oozing out the bottom. Very disappointed in my pizza.

Called in my order, they said it would be 25 minutes. It was during a dinner rush but there was only one girl who was actually doing a good job at filling orders. I got there 20 minutes after I called and waited an additional 30 minutes inside. The person who was behind me in line got their pizza before me. The walk-in orders all got their pizzas before me. Why even have the pick up option if it’s not going to be ready at that time?

Online order with pickup 90 minutes later. Called after 30 minutes to see if I could move that up and they said no that there were 70 active tickets. I told them I understood and I asked and they told me that the order would still be ready at the original time of 445pm. At 445 they told me at the drive thru that they had not started my order yet. If I would park out front they would bring it to me. After 35 more minutes (2 hours after order) I called and was told that if I again went to the front they would bring it to me. Didn’t bring out so I went in and was greeted at the door. They were out of part of my order and I asked for that money back. They refused and offered me more of what I already ordered. I think I should be refunded 6.36 for the s’mores bars and would like to be reimbursed my 15 percent tip of 5.40 for a total of $11.76 for services not rendered.
