Awesome experience with Papa Murphy's! We love getting our pizzas here at the Eagle Rd store. Staff is excellent- especially Maia! She is so helpful and always has a warm welcoming smile for every customer. This store is definitely our favorite!!!

It has been great in the past but has steadily gone downhill for the last year. Tonight we ordered a pizza with Canadian bacon, mushrooms and pineapple. We got Canadian bacon, hamburger and no bacon. The second pizza had the wrong sauce and no chicken. Absolutely horrible service by teenagers who didn't seem to care and had no leadership. We will never go again!

I'm a Papa Murphy's fan, always have been. They have never given me anything but the best from this location and it's close to home so I don't have to go far for good food.
Probably the best part of my life is when I am eating a Papa Murphy's pizza. The workers at this location are probably the best in the world. This food is so bussin. Wish I was eating it right now.

I have never had a problem with Papa Murphy's until today. I picked up a pizza that was not the one I ordered. I compared it to my receipt once I was home. They made the wrong pizza for me. It was not the one I ordered. I hope they rectify it by giving me a free pizza!

I spoke with Maia about recommendations and she recommended the gourmet veggie when I took it out of the oven it all slid off the tray and fell into my laundry machine, it really makes you wonder why would she recomend thatVegetarian options: Yucky

Employees constantly mess up orders and then seem annoyed if you say anything about it, can't even give a simple sorry about that or anything. I don't like to be rude to food service workers having done the job myself but the service here has been hands down pathetic.
The SE man Demon (Porter) gave me great service!! The food was amazing. Great Service all around!

Went there a few days ago. Ask for Porter and Josiah, they helped resolve my order promptly when I had an issue with one of the pizzas. Such great and kind gentleman! Lobby atmosphere was great and was not too crowded. Ordered the vegan pizza, the dough was a bit odd but was fine at the end.Vegetarian options: Say more about vegetarian options.
