Pho was really good. Broth was piping hot, meat was tender, service was great. They were polite and our server was pleasant to talk to. We will be coming back pho sure.

I was trying to order carry out for me and my wife and the restaurant kept asking if I was a delivery driver. She then informed me that they are going to force any delivery drivers to pay out of their own pockets if anything goes wrong. I'm not sure what all that's about, but it didn't seem right they are treating delivery drivers that way. She then hangs up on me. DO NOT COME HERE

Such good Pho! Highly recommend. The broth is great! Especially the "spicy" one. Anyone that knows Pho knows everything is about the broth, the noodles and everything else are just extra. They did take the extra step is steam my bean sprouts since I'm pregnant. Don't forget to ask for an extra bowl so you don't ruin the broth by adding hot sauce.I will come back!

The vegetables were fresh, the authentic Pho was delicious! Our waitress was very friendly. We really enjoyed the spring rolls too.

I finally just got my carry-out food order that was placed over an hour and a half ago. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes and I showed up in 45 just to make sure it was done and then I stood there and waited for over another 45. If I could give the restaurant zero stars I would. They literally have no concept of customer service whatsoever. If you are standing at their counter and waiting they won't even acknowledge your existence or make eye contact with you. Terrible, terrible, terrible service--The worst I have had anywhere in Idaho, by far.

Food was really good! I felt bad for the workers inside because it seemed like they were short staffed for the lunch rush

My husband and I went here for dinner on a Wednesday night; it was our first time to the restaurant. First impression, dark, not very clean, and our table smelled like it wasn't not wiped properly. We are new to Boise and was excited to try out different Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I got the spicy noodles (Bun Bo Hue) and my husband got the Pho. We were thoroughly disappointed. The noodle soups came our luke warm, my Bun Bo Hue was not spicy and tasted as bland as can be, literally no flavor of Bun Bo Hue. The pho was bland, kind of sour without any condiments added yet, and no smell of Pho. We took two bites and got up to leave; though we did pay for the meal. I thought I was going to get food poisoning if I hate all my food. Also a side note, my husband used their restroom and said it was smelly. A bag of onions was left next to the bathroom door. I'm the type that would recommend to try it for yourself and make your own judgement, but honestly, please pass on this place.

I came to this restaurant back in early September but never got the chance to leave a review. The staff was nice and the service was good but nothing special. My family ordered fried rice and pho. The fried rice was decent, nothing special but it was ok. The pho on the other hand was not good. The broth itself smelt fine but it was when I ate into a what seem to be rotten-smelling meatball. I thought maybe I was overthinking it. I couldn't really smell it at first because of the aroma of the pho but after taking another bite of the other meatball in my bowl, I had to spit it out. I actually try smelling the rest of whatever meat I had left and all the meat had a slight rotten smell to it. I didn't bother complaining because I already ate a little more than half of my pho. My parents experienced the same but did not complain. I gave the 2 stars for staff and service but the food is a no go for me.

Rude staff, slow service, average food. The staff here seriously need to learn western standards of Etiquette. They treated my family and I like an inconvenience the entire time. No smiles, no greeting, no gratitude. Essentially they exhibited no hospitality at all. Not to mention having to watch our waitress eat her meal at the table next to us, loudly smacking and chewing her food with her mouth wide open. So gross.. Never coming here again.

The worst customer service ever! Ordered to go and was told 20mins. Got there & paid and waited another 20mins to find out my order was sitting on the counter the whole time. The man who checked me out seemed to be on some type of substance b/c couldn't function or apologize... he YELLED AT ME! Who does that in the food industry! Never will I go back (this was the second chance)

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the area, if not my very favorite. The staff here is great and it has a very homey feel. The food is amazingly flavorful and well apportioned.

Great honeydew smoothie, servers were attentive but not naggy and very friendly.Food tasted fresh and presentation was pleasant. Nice spacious interior. Wasn't very crowded when I went and music is at an ideal volume

It was very quiet when we arrived, and we were doubtful if the food was good. As we started ordering, people trickling in. Some were ordered for take out.We tried Bun Bo Hue (Central Vietnam Beef Soup) and Com Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Rice). The spicy Hue soup was very good, we really enjoyed it. Grilled Pork was mediocre.Service was fast and friendly.

Wonderful food! The waiter was great and answered all our questions as well as recommend and explain the beers available. Great food, reasonable prices and friendly service. I look forward to visiting again soon.
