Food was delicious and came out in a nice timely manner. We did make it clear that one member of our party was severely allergic to eggs and could not have moynaisse on there sandwich, but unfortunately did get a sandwich with mayonnaise. Other than that it was a very enjoyable dining experience.

I came in and ordered the BOTTOMLESS Mac and cheese, as I always do. I sat for about an hour with no one checking in on our table. Which is not the issue here. Once they came back I respectfully requested a refill on the bottomless mac and cheese. I was denied this refill because it’s “ for kids 10 and under”. This is not the first time I came in to order this. I left hungry and unfed because they wanted to deny my bottomless mac and cheese. Needless to say I am beyond frustrated with my experience. Don’t know if I’ll be able to come back to this establishment because I am so dissatisfied and disappointed.

When we arrived for the 8 year Olds birthday party, we had to wait 25 min. Even though the restaurant was virtually empty.Once seated the service was good and the food as well.Not sure of their issues, but it put a damper on the celebration.

Ordered the Burger Bundle (build-your-own-burger) for a work luncheon. The delivery driver called me to tell me he was on his way to deliver our lunch. He was kind, professional and I appreciated the courtesy call to tell me they were running just a couple minutes behind. The food was still hot when he arrived, and the box of topping and sauces looked very fresh and nicely presented. The beef patties were cooked perfectly with a touch of pink in the middle. The Large Avo-Cobb-o salad I ordered in addition was very fresh, and RR staff had made it a little bigger due the number of people I was serving, which I appreciated very much! I received the "thumbs up" from co-workers and will definitely be ordering Red Robin catering again. Highly recommend!

Went in for a quick but relaxing evening. Service was a bit slow, for as it was not busy. The food was great. Server failed to check up to see if I needed anything else until I was completely done. I will go back. I think the burgers are that good.

I googled their website about 5pm. They said they were open until 10pm. I don't eat until late due to my work schedule. I tried to order a burger at 9:30pm and they said they were not taking any orders. If you stop taking orders after a certain time then freaking close at that time. It was my last meal before a cleanse and now I'm eating hot dogs. Thanks a lot!
