What a fantastic Accidental find!! I just stay at the hotel because of snow. Is it found this little hidden GEM!! You know the same, don't you judge your book by its cover? This is one of those. Food was fabulous service was fabulous everything was just fabulous!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option for great
Not for the Indian palette. Food was extremely bland even after requesting for higher spice levels. Tandoor chicken had a lot of food colouring and zero flavour.Not worth the price, would not recommend.

Went there on a Sat. for the buffet with some co-workers for a team builder. We got there @ 12:15 or so, and we were seated and told to help ourselves. There were @ 8 or 9 different dishes on the buffet, so a pretty good selection to try. I think my fav was the tikka masala. They had a shrimp dish that you normally don't see on Indian buffets, and an egg dish that was unique as well. They even came out with dosas part way through the meal, which was awesome. I would say my only complaint was that some of the food was not hot. There was a kebab dish that was actually cold. They need a proper buffet setup to keep things warm. Other than that I think we were all happy with the food. I definitely would recommend this place. But I would recommend that you come early for the buffet. Not after 1:00. Take off a star for the temp of some of the dishes.

This is easily the best Indian food in town. The garlic naan and our main dishes were delicious. Our server (Andrea) had great recommendations and was fun to talk to. Saffron is now our #1 Indian food in Boise.
The coconut cilantro soup and lamb curry were excellent. Andrea was a fantastic server and made sure that I was welcome and satisfied with everything. I’d definitely recommend Saffron to anyone in the mood for Indian cuisine.

I absolutely loved the food here at Saffron. It had the right ingredient combo that satiated my taste buds. I was completely satisfied with our waitress Andrea for making it a meal to remember. With quality service and great customer service, she was always attentive to every need and very kind.
